Be Your Own Hype Machine: The more you promote your profile and showcase your signed accounts prestige with eye-catching ads, videos, and production, the more industry cash you will make.
Own Your Success: You’re responsible for your content and uploads. By joining, you agree to promote yourself and your music on the platform.
Direct Donations, Direct Responsibility: Fans can donate directly to your account via PayPal. You handle any donation-related issues.
Here’s what We’re Not:
Dispute Resolution Service: We provide the platform, you manage your career. By joining, you agree to handle any disputes independently.
Refund Central: Ad purchases are final.
Your Financial Advisor: If you receive donations, splitting it with representatives, lawyers, etc. is entirely up to you.
We Can't Be Contacted For:
Profit Sharing Disputes: Lerumo Mfoloe d.b.a. Popstar Factory LLC (The Website Owner) isn’t involved with your financial arrangements with your representatives. We can’t mediate profit splits.
If we become bought out with a V.C. (Venture Capital), Private Equity Firm (P.E.) or Major Record Label and become the platform which is able to give major distribution deals, monetization agreements, major record deals or production deals to any artist inside our platform, you are under obligation to be a supporter of their account to help advertise their uploads. If we become able to give distribution and marketing contracts to artists for a budget of $10,000 usd at any time, those contracts will be as is and will allow no negotiation beyond said offer. Those deals will be to upstream clients, but will be pre negotiated best with financial lenders or firms in the fairest way to give advantages to new musicians who’d like distribution advertisement and fame the easiest.
When signing up: Understand we are an advertising platform: We are here to showcase new music which may lead to contract offers from artists or Educational insight from Executives. We did not begin as a record label although we might end one. Our contracts, if partnered with firms such as BeatBread and more, shall be an opportunity but not guaranteed to every member. We’re not liable if your account receives an offer but your best friend does not.

*If your music appeared in a “demo account”, you’re an artist showcased to Venture Investors to potentially receive a advertising contract first while we’re in beta. Beta mode is “the beginning stages of a company.” Do not be alarmed by your fame, attention, or advertising height of your virality we took upon ourselves to pre-give.
A demo account is a account created by the platform with you in it to test stardom and engagement before launch, and also pitch to investors who will sign talent and provide $10k minimum in your streams across DSP’s in trade for a distributed EP or Album of no less than 5 songs, no more than 10 songs.
